Thank You For Visiting Nutrition2Success
My name is Claire Poulton. I've been on the internet for over 8 years. More important, though, is that I have been studying Health and Nutrition since 1980.
The information on this website is the result of a LOT of research, reading, and disseminating fact from fiction.
I am 66 years old. I have 5 grown children, and 9 grandchildren. I live on Beautiful Vancouver Island BC Canada. I have no chronic health challenges nor do I take any drug or pharmaceutical concoctions. I lead an active life as a Professional Web Designer.
I do not waste my money on "Crap" such as what you find in packaged processed junk that has been falsely labelled as “FOOD”. I don't drink milk. I eat very little if any red meat (never pork or lamb [yuk!]), processed animal remains such as Bacon, Ham, Pepperoni, Bologna, SPAM®, Weiners, Sausage, etc. I don't eat ANY Soy products (read my article about the Soy Myth). I eat very few products produced from grain - such as bread and foods which contain flour. On occasion I may have a potato, basmati rice or brown rice, but not very often. Instead I prefer to spend my dollars on vegetables, fruit, chicken, turkey and top quality supplemental vitamins, minerals and herbs. I NEVER drink soda!. AND I feel G-R-E-A-T!
I do NOT believe in the "status quo". In other words, if things don't seem right, I search out answers, truths, and reasonable explanations as to why the health of the American people is deteriorating at an alarming rate. With the rising and epidemic prevalence of chronic disease, criminal activities, and anti-social behavior, there has to be an underlying cause. Why should people endure pain and suffering at the expense of bigger profits for drug companies?
Poor nutrition is the main contributor to poor health. I have published this website in the hopes that people with chronic disease, pain, and suffering will gain some knowledge and understanding about how the pharmaceutical drug companies and Mainstream Medical Practitioners have no interest in curing any disease, but only attempt to alleviate symptoms.
